CHENNAI: A personal trainer has been arrested in Chennai for misbehaving with a girl, who is a gymnast.
The accused has been identified as K Mahesh, 42. Mahesh taught her muscle relaxation techniques.
Police said Mahesh visited the girl’s home on the ECR on Friday. The girl complained to her father that the man had misbehaved with her while giving her training.
Based on the complaint of the girl’s father, the Adyar all-woman police registered a case and arrested Mahesh on Monday. They booked him under sections 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act. He was remanded in judicial custody.
