Covid Omicron case: Chennai apartment cordoned off, patient’s contacts tested – Times of India

CHENNAI: The Chennai Corporation on Thursday cordoned off the apartment of a 47-year-old-man who is the first Omicron case in Tamil Nadu.
Official sources said all the contacts had been tested.
The street where the apartment is located was inspected by health secretary Dr J Radhakrishnan, deputy commissioner of health Dr Manish Narnaware and city health officer Dr M Jagadeesan.
