CHENNAI: Tangedco has announced power shutdown in parts of Chennai from 9am to 2pm on Monday for maintenance work.
According to an official release, there will be power cut in Tambaram-Pallikaranai and Mylapore areas.
In Tambaram-Pallikaranai area, power supply will be suspended on the 200-Feet Radial Road and Velachery Main Road and in IIT Colony and surrounding areas.
In Mylapore area, the power supply will be suspended in Chanda Sahib Street, V M Street, Poorampraksam Road, Sivarajapuram, VR Pillai Street and surrounding areas.
Power supply will be restored before 2pm if work is completed.
