IIT Madras together with Banaras Hindu University to serve as Knowledge Partners for the ‘Kashi Tamil Sangamam – Times Now

As mentioned in the press release, the programme will be for almost one month and it will get in people from various areas such as Art, Literature, Spirituality and Eduation to the famous Kashi as special guests. The guests will be in a group travelling in special coaches attached to trains that depart from Chennai, Coimbatore and Rameswaram on 12 different dates. The coach will be headed to Kashi.

In this one-month programme, the guests will be attending academic sessions, visit the famous places in and around Kashi, Ayodhya and the Ganga cruise as well. Further the press release mentioned that the travel will be free of cost and the accommodation will be free as well at Kashi and Ayodhya.
