CHENNAI: A 22-year-old woman, who had got married a scrap dealer only 11 days ago, committed suicide at her house at Chenneerkuppam near Poonamallee. The deceased woman’s former boyfriend had threatened to share some of her photographs with her present husband, police said. “This could have pushed her to take the extreme step,” a police officer said. A case has been registered. Police are planning to interrogate her former boyfriend.
