Chennai: US-headquartered telecom giant AT&T has opened its first development center in Chennai and second in India. The new facility, located at RMZ Millenia on the IT corridor, was inaugurated by Tamil Nadu IT Minister T Mano Thangaraj on Monday. The new center has a capacity of around 300 people and will house the strategic platforms team of AT&T with product engineering and operations staff.
“We are excited about offering an environment where teams can work on features that have a direct impact on AT&T customers and employees,” Bala Subramanian, Chief Digital Officer, AT&T, said.
